RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I aim to keep my customers happy and I get it, sometimes the clothing just didn't suit to our liking and that's ok. That is why I am offering a FREE 30 days Return and here's how:
- You will email me within 7 days of receiving the parcel through firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your Order no. on the subject.
- I will email you back the RETURN LABEL which you will stick on the parcel it came with. The second unused strip is for you to use when you return it.
- Please make sure that the clothing still has its tags on and is unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must not have any fake tan/make up/deodorants marks or other marks or smell of perfume.
- If the clothing didn't meet this criteria, it will be sent back to you.
- Once receiving the Return Label from me, you will have 7 days to drop it off at any Australian Post Office or red box.
- Once I have received the return parcel, I will issue you a GIFT VOUCHER the same amount of the purchase price MINUS the shipping costs.
- Your gift voucher won't have an expiration date.
- We don't offer exchange as most cases the sizes have been sold out, however once you received your gift voucher you can order the the item you wanted to exchange it with.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER A REFUND.
We only offer refund if the clothing or accessories is faulty or damaged.
AFTERPAY AND ZIP PAY RETURNS
we will deduct $6 for the use and cost of the returns facility if you are an Australian based customer.
STRICTLY.....NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.In line with Australian Consumer Law and most other on-line retailers in Australia, we DO NOT accept returns on SALE items, these are items on SALE Category not items purchased from a discount code or flash sales.
